Looking for a hard to find filter for a emergency repair. Application Associates had the filter in stock and shipped it next day air even though it was past their shipping deadline. Frank in customer service could not have been any more helpful with my order. The next day order was on time and packaged more that adequate to prevent shipping damage. I will be using Application Associates more in the future.
